Management of an ad-hoc clients portfolio: Provide high quality, customer focused destination services to corporate and private transferees relocating into Hong Kong by coordinating orientation, preview trip, home search, school search, settling-in, social networking, immigration services, departure support and tenancy management.
? Management of the CSR team: Event organising for fund-raising for Mother’s choice.
2007 - 2008• Responsible for delivering the EqCo interpretation and translation requirements across competition and non-competition venues (5 venues).
• Recruiting, training and managing large volume of staff and contractors – 5 paid staff, 6 professional interpreters, 10 interns and 80 volunteers.
• Responsible for developing operational plan with key milestones and ensuring delivery.
• Development and management of budget in excess of HK$ 3,000,000.
• Responsible for the provision of simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services for all official meetings (i.e. Chefs de Mission meeting) and press-conferences.
• Editing of official documents in English and French, preparation of the transfer of knowledge for London 2012.
