Legal counsel in the International Legal Department:

- Assistance and advises to projects managers for international tenders in water and wastewater services: risk analysis of tender documents, legal memorandum, guarantees, partnership agreements, memorandum of understandings, non-disclosure agreements, selection and collaboration with local Law firms, intra-group agreements (technical assistance, transfer of technology).

- Drafting and review of concession contracts: EPC, operation and maintenance, delegation, lease, industrial outsourcing, B.O.T. contracts, and commercial agreements.

- Management of acquisition process: due diligence, privatisation, and purchase/sale of shares.

- IT/ IP department: contracts for the installation, licence and maintenance of software.

- Creation of templates of contracts for purchases and industrial contracts applicable to the Asian Pacific zone.

- Organisation & management of legal trainings to the managers/operating staff.

- Litigation management and amicable settlement of disputes.

Internship in the executive and legal department:
- Public market law: drafting of a technical manual after the release of public markets Code’s reform (Jan. 2004), internal and European environment law, litigation;
- Private market law: drafting a memorandum about private markets rules, lease contracts & additional clauses, Labour law and litigation.

- Contracts law: negotiation and consulting about contracts’ writing, litigation;
- Company law: management reports, general meetings of shareholders, share loan agreements.
- European and compared law: drawing up or a legal report titled:
« The Private Security Sector: stakes of a constraining European set of rules ».
