Set up supplier management process and tools to develop strategic relationship with key suppliers

Key responsibilities:
- Analysis of the existing relationship between Tesco IS and its suppliers
- Scorecard: performance and relationship assessment
- Supply base categorisation
- Governance process and rules
- Supplier guidebook
- Stakeholders management
- Change and intercultural management

Customer Portfolio :
- Europe / Middle East : importers, agents, wine shops, on-premises, monopolies and duty-free operators
- France : distributors, agents, top-of-the-line on-premises and winestores

Key responsibilities :
- Managing key customers, planning and follow-up of budgets,
- Prospecting new business France/Europe (agents, importers)
- Business and market reporting
- Brand promotion (professional exhibitions, press relations, tastings)

Achievements :
- Dormant markets for 8 months : built and maintained a number of business relationships
- Marketing strategy : market and price positioning study of each range by country, tariffs renewal
- Updating marketing tools (catalogues, specification sheets, tasting notes)

Customer Portfolio :
- Europe : duty free and travel retail operators, (airports, ferries, border shops)
- France : department stores, souvenir distributors, mass marketing, business gifting

Missions :
- Portfolio Management (negotiated prices, rates and contracts), reporting and market follow-up
- Merchandising : negotiating and setting up customized sales areas
- Sales team and sales assistant training and follow-up
- Stocks monitoring and cost analysis : negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors
- Tax Free Exhibitions Management (stands logistics, meetings, press relations)

Achievements : Turnover : € 1.2 M / + 50% in 4 years
- Market development (Africa, Middle East and France)
- Participated in new products draft (creation of a chocolate and confectionery range with new suppliers)
